Day One

One of my obstacles to maintaining a health and fitness plan is that I get discouraged if I drop off in participation. Those stretches of days where I did zero activity weigh me down. In that spirit I am going to be starting anew. Same body, same idea, but without having to look at those stretches of days where I didn't progress.

Exercise: Yoga, 20 minutes.
